Split your mix to separate tracks in Sound Forge

Add markers where you want each track to start. This is done by placing the cursor where you want the split to happen.
Click on Special -> Insert Marker
Repeat this until you have finished inserting all of your markers..
Go to Special, Regions List & click on Convert Markers to Regions.
Now when you save, it will save each Region (each track) separately. If it does not save each Region, choose Tools -> Extract Regions.
