Has anyone ever needed to rent or use a Power Generator for their equipment for performing at remote sites? I have an event that has zero power connections and need to get a generator. Any recommendations on the minimum or average size of the generator I need? _________________ DJ Josh Blade

Josh, we use generators to power the annual outdoor Midwest DJ events. I can get the lowdown on what was used last year for you. A massive sound system w/ lighting & various mega computers w/ live audio & video ran of of them from sun-down 2 sun-up. We will be confirming line-ups & dates soon. Would you like to come out VIP & throw down? ...JASP.. |

Hi Jasp,
Thanks for the invite to the Midwest DJ convention! I dont think that I will be able to make it. I have some prior commitments. I found a Yamaha generator that was incredibly quiet and sufficient along side with a surge protector with AVR. _________________ DJ Josh Blade
