Originally, when view tutorials list while within a Category (ex: Equipment), it would only show you the alphabet to choose from.

Now, when viewing a category, it will show you the alphabet as well as ALL available tutorials within that category.

Fixed issues with the duplicated titles and also copyright issues. Improved HTML syntax.

Now added a "Most Popular" tutorials box that shows the top 10 most popular tutorials based on views descending.
