Also names to be used on payment? So let me know the cost for the service and also advise me back so that i can arrange in sending you a U.S Money Order as soon as we clearify with exact cost. I await your email today.

Anytime someone requests to pay you via money order from overseas can spell trouble. I decided to reply to him with a contract and price but explained that I do not accept money orders or Cashiers Check.
Here was his reply:

Thanks very much for your mail.I am pleased with your arrangement and price . Payment will be made to you via U.S.Cashiers Check. If u dont mind,i want you to understand that there some of my relations and business partner who are coming over for the party from different locations so i want the best of your production.
My company in the U.S will be issuing u a Cashiers Check of $3800 in your name which will include your SERVICE FEE and other travelling expenses,so i will want u cash the Cashiers Check by depositing it in your account till it clears, then remove ur $915 from it and help me send the balance through Western union money transfer to my travelling agent,so that he can make arrangement for my travelling and he can buy my FLIGHT TICKET to the venue Hope to read from you soon.
Thanks and hope to read from you today.
