1.0 Lone Wolf and Cub - A Pack of Wolves
from Animeigo

Customer Review: Rating
This collection of 6 films comprising the series "Lone Wolf & Cub" is a uniquely Japanese world of ultra-violent fact and fantasy. A strange mixture, part Japanese history, part Spaghetti Western (Eastern!) (which in turn were based on Japanese films...bringing us full circle), they are stylish,... more info

3.000350joe Louis:for All Time
from 002206mpi Media Grou

Customer Review: Rating
Do not try to find a common theme to the four episodes from "The Twilight Zone" collected on this tape beyond the idea that strange things happen in the "Zone," you will be hard pressed to come up with anything significant. However you will still find that there are some fine performances from a... more info

6.Bond: For Your Eyes Only
from MGM (Video & DVD)

Customer Review: Rating
I just watched this movie for the first time and didn't see the Moore films as they came out, so my opinion isn't colored by nostalgia or affection for Roger Moore. In fact, I had only started watching the classic Bond films a few years ago.
I've always been a bit lukewarm to Moore's portrayal... more info

7.Bond: License to Kill
from CBS/Fox Home Video

Customer Review: Rating
Worst Bond flick ever. I own all the others, sure glad I rented this one. The scene where a semi trailer is tilted to one side to run with only one set of wheels still on the pavement to avoid a missile is the defining moment of how cheesy this movie is.

8.Bond: Live & Let Die
from MGM (Video & DVD)

Customer Review: Rating
Roger Moore's maiden voyage as James Bond -- and the third different actor in the role in three consequetive films -- is actually a fairly entertaining movie with the usual set pieces, babes, and Moore's laid back performance. Tom Mankowicz (who wrote for both Connery and Moore) had the best... more info

9.Bond: Thunderball
from MGM (Video & DVD)

Customer Review: Rating
This has a lot of memorable moments, even though the underwater sequences are overlong, but a good villain, great Bond girl, and of course Connery. See it.

10.Die Another Day (Special Edition)
from MGM (Video & DVD)

Customer Review: Rating
I decided to rewatch Pierce Brosnan's Bond swan song once again to see if it was as bad as so many seem to think it is. I had much warmer memories of it myself. Unfortunately I must conclude that it really IS that bad--at least the second half. The compelling opening sequence features a vulnerable... more info
