It's now 2007 and it's been two years since I purchased this laptop. I've seen the various reviews written about this laptop here and I really don't know what to say about the negative ones. My laptop is used by my wife and myself everyday, plus it's used by several members of my family, so I guess... more info

from Sony

Customer Review: Rating
Very good display and sound system. Comes with good video editing softwares. This could have been better by giving a slot for SD card, it includes only slot for memory stick duo which is not a popular memory like SD card. The ram could have been 1 GB at least as the 128 MB shared video RAM reduces... more info

I am a sad, disappointed owner of a Vaio Notebook (VGN-TX650P). It worked great for the first 3 months... and then, the nightmares began... initially, it would stop booting about every fifth time. As time progressed, it got worse and worse... every attempt to deal with Sony "Customer Service" was a... more info

Customer Review: Rating
This was my first Mac and it has been all it was supposed to be. The display is huge and clear; the software works well; the notebook actually plugged and was usable straight out of the box.
I upgraded to Tiger recently and found I like the computer even more. The PowerBook has completely... more info

Customer Review: Rating
The 1.42 GHz PowerPC G4 Mac Mini (512 MB DDR SDRAM, 80 GB Hard Drive, DVD/CD-RW Drive) was one of the last PowerPC Macs released before the "Intel invasion." When I purchased mine the week before the Intels were announced, they placed my order on "hold" to give me a chance to buy the Intel version.... more info

I run a computer lab at school with 30 IMac flat screens. They are going on 7 years old and still running in great shape. I also have a Mac and a Dell laptop. I am on computers all day long and also repair and maintain the lab. My Dell laptop is only 3 years old and has had 3 screens, and 2keyboards... more info

19.Apple iMac G5 Desktop with 20" MA064LL/A (2.1 GHz PowerPC G5, 512 MB RAM, 250 GB Hard Drive, SuperDrive)
from Apple Computer

Customer Review: Rating
I bought mine in March 2006 and the display died October 2007. If you don't have the extended warranty it will cost $$$ if anything on the logic board fails or if the LCD panel fails. Since the video card is part of the logic board you don't have many options for repair. I wish it had a DVI output... more info

This was my first Laptop, purchased early in 2006. I still use it today - and after three years of heavy usage, I can say that the laptop performed reliably and overall a decent purchase. The mistake I made was buying it in a big electronics store instead of doing it online which would have saved me... more info
