- If you want to pick a career that fits you perfectly, there are better books
This is an enjoyable, well-written book. But basically, it is just a twist on personality type. Instead of using the usual 4-letter Myers-Briggs types, like INTP, it gives you a color for your personality. This is an enjoyable way to think of yourself, but it is just another career book with a cute idea for the casual career seeker.
