  This is not only a great book for married couples but also for parents who struggle with parent/child relationships. We did "Day One Activity" on my 11 yr. old daughter and it was amazing the amount of conflict that was prevented. Of course, the parent will need to decide which activities are appropriate for their pre-teen to teenage child. The book has also helped my marriage out a lot.
