Loved the book. I suggest ALL Americans read it as well as other books pertaining to the food industry. We need to take responsibility for how we treat our wonderful bodies, inside & out.
I wish the writers had looked into soybeans also. There are several receipes in " Skinny Bitch In The Kitchen". Not good.

If you want glowing beauty and incredibly good health and you also want to be a loving and humane person....this book is for you!!! Don't be put off by the title....sometimes it take a bit of shock value and fun to make a book stand out.... I am glad these books do.... If everyone followed these books.... the world would be free of many diseases, shortage of foods, animal cruelty and global warming.... Think about it!!!

The authors may be blunt and in some cases a little over the top with the vegan part (since not everyone will convert) but they have some great information and I like that they are to the point. Really interesting read
- Life Changing
A friend recommended I buy this boxed set. This is a wake up call and let's just say it gets your attention. It's like boot camp. I enjoyed this book and appreciated the authors' straight talk, no nonsense approach. I am 48 years old, have a slow Thyroid and for the first time in 2 years I have been able to lose weight. I feel good and have more energy --- there is hope and the Vegan way is definitely the way to go!
