    Looking at my hands today, it's hard to believe that 6 years ago I had arthritis so bad that I couldn't even hold a cup of coffee without spilling it. Big knots on all my joints, one of my little fingers bent, redness and swelling in all my fingers. Now 6 years later, the knots are gone except on 3 fingers and those knots are much smaller, the little finger is straight again and the only time I have redness is when I have eaten Pizza the night before.

    The premise for this book is not based on any science that is accepted as true. As a physician, I can tell you that there is no difference between blood groups as far as diet effectiveness goes. The difference between blood types is so minute, we are talking tiny 6 carbon sugar molecule differences between A,B,O. Take a step back and think about this logically and I think you will realize that is completely fictitious and not worth the paper it is printed on.
