- Pretty good book.. Could use a bit tweaking
I enjoy all of Nora Roberts books and after a few of her other series, thought this would measure up. Book 2 is pretty good.. not bad but it is lacking a few things, maybe it's the lack of steamy sex scenes or too much filler for other parts. I'm not sure. I like how Fox was asked to be the father of his sister's partner's baby. I like how she is incorporating the current views and generations into the stories. Book 1 was the best, but this was good. Lives up to Nora Roberts' standards of excellent writing. It is another novel that you just don't want to put down. I am anxious to see how it all ends!
- Has It's Moments
To start, I had trouble getting through this book the first time-it went from weird to boring and back in turns. I actually ended up listening to it on audio, only because I was determined to continue with the trilogy.
